Who else posts here from work?

Just wondering... who else peeks in here from time to time at work?

If someone logged my Rennlist usage at work, I might be in trouble! :)

Consulting engineering firm. I'm one of the principals and the president.

There is nothing I'm aware of, but I am getting ready to head out on a 3-1/2 week vacation Thursday morning so I haven't been on top of things. This is what's scheduled on the PCA Canada West website. I'm not a member, but I was thinking of joining, and attending some events after I get back. (Sweet Carrera Sport wheels BTW! Just had mine restored to OEM spec by Panther and installed this week-end. I love 'em!)

Please explain this concept of "work"...

I've heard nasty rumours about this word before, but I've always assumed that it must (in Vancouver at least) have something to do with living on the "other side" of one of the bridges.

Guilty. But the boss doesn't care... ;)

My best buddy runs his own business, has a number of employees and long kept his Porsche habit a secret, driving a beat-up Jimmy to work everyday.

I encouraged him to reveal his secret, that the evidence of his success would be a positive influence rather than invoking envy. He finally decided to show off his car to his staff, many of which had never had an opportunity to sit in a Porsche, let alone be "close" to someone who owned one.

The big Porsche reveal has been a big positive, but he's a very well-liked sort of boss anyway. I can see where the Porsche reveal could be a negative if the boss is a hard-nosed, slave-driver sort of person.

My office partner was my enabler, so posting at work within reason is tolerated.
