Battery maintainer question

Battery maintainer question
I'm looking at getting a battery maintainer for the GT3. I'm looking at the Deltran Battery Tender Plus or the Ctek 3300. The price is pretty much the same, half of the Porsche branded ones, but I noted a difference that the Deltran uses a float charge to maintain the battery while the Ctek uses a pulse charge. For our batteries, is there a charge that is recommended (pulse or float)?
Thanks!

and the cord is nice and thin so it fits well through the closed door.

Which ones are you guys buying from Porsche? There's a battery maintainer for $115 or a charger for around $54.
Interested as I plan to get one shortly.

thanks for the suggestions! i'm looking at the two models listed as for the price, they seem to be the best bet in having something that can maintain and charge the battery. i believe a lot of people have used these two models with success but i was just wondering if there is a certain charge mode that is bettern for the battery.
does anyone know if the porsche dual charger/maintainer uses pulse charge or float charge? I want to assume they use pulse charge as it is said that Ctek manufactures the porsche ones.

Found this. Might be out of date. FWIW. There is or was an older model Porsche one (still around?) it looks like a small brick about 3x3x4 inches: that's just as good (excellent actually) for about $50 AFAIK.

Three Wheelin'
CTEK makes the Porsche one (obviously as seen above - also for Ferrari and other sports cars that tend to "rest" in the garage) - unless you have to have that logo...
I got a CTEK US3300 - working fine for 9 months.

I picked up the CTEK 3300 from Amazon a couple weeks ago. I also got a spare set of quick-connect cords ($6) for my Land Cruiser. When I'm driving one, I'm not driving the other. Anyway, in the summer, the LC battery is usually dead right about the time I buy some furniture.
I bolted the 1/4" cords to the battery terminals. This way I can pop the hood and connect. I wouldn't use the clamps for long term use -- too easy for a clamp to fall off and ground against something metallic.

Burning Brakes
Bought ours for a BMW several years ago from the dealer (BMW) and it works just as well on the p-car now. No idea what they charge for them these days, ours is over 5 years old.
