Fluid on ground
Does anyone know where ac condensate drains. Having a scare today. Noticed fluid on pavement which appears to be originating from roughly the cabin area. No visible leaks. Fluid evaporates on hot pavement and feels like water to the touch. BTW its 100 degrees today. Was paranoid about RMS Leak.

I will try that on my way home from work. If I do that now I will be swimming in my dress shirt within 5 minutes

condensation. Generally, we have two different fluids in today's cars to be concerned with. The coolant is pink in color, and then oil, and we all know what oil looks like.

Looks like condensate. Went away when I drove without the AC on. Now I need a new shirt!

Have you tried to smell it? There is obviously going to be differences in oil, coolant, and condensation.

Let the cat drink some. If it doesn't die, you're okay.

Let the WIFE try some. If she doesn't die, it's just water.
