I am looking for a '06 US CPO'd cabriolet for my wife. Couple of questions:

- are the rear seats usable for a 8 and 12 year old? Seems like the rear seats in the cabriolet are canted forward in comparison to the coupe.
- what to watch out for when buying a CPO'd car other than the CPO report and DME scan?
- anything specific to an '06 that I should be aware of?
- any suggestions as to pricing of a typical medium spec (full leather, heated power seats, xenon, Bose) 20k mile example?
