Default 2007 CS with lug nut corrosion

I am a new Porsche owner and new Rennlist member. I am more than happy with my black CS. Just bought it new in December. However, it is already showing signs of lug nut corrosion. I only use soap and water when cleaning. Any suggestions? I was told by Porsche of Hilton Head, SC that they had the same issue with 2 cars they were in the process of selling and replaced them, only to eat the cost as Porsche said it was related to certain detergents, not the part.

Yep salt air, happens with my Carrera S too. Just steel wool it and some silver or black engine paint will fix them right up. No big deal.
