Default When you wash your car........

When you wash your car........don't you sometimes think;

I'm washing a car here....

It's a Porsche......

It's actually a 911....

In fact it's MY 911....

Damn, how lucky am I ????

Hey Drax, you mean you actually have time to wash your own car now?

You mean you gave up your gene-splicing experiments for good?

Speaking of your car, when was the last time you posted pics of it, huh? I searched and searched and couldn't find any pics.

I'm not sayin' you're gonna get the same treatment as that doctorpcar dude got when he couldn't produce a pic of his car to prove he actually had one....

I wash mine naked, no zippers, buttons, etc that might mar the finish.

Never once put up a picture of it on this forum.

In fact I think I only have one and that was taken the day I collected the car.

I think it is a great shot of that car.

I DO think I am very fortunate.

Do not disagree it's a nice pic, but if I'm taking on shot of my 90K plus car it's going to be in front of my pad. Not in front of the car dealership. Just my humble opinion.

I've never washed any car as much as I wash my 911. In the garage, with the stereo on, nobody yelling at you, just you and the car. I learn something about it every time I wash it - see something different, understand how something else is assembled, etc. I like the shot of you car Draxas, but I like your avatar better - look at those fingers! Someone (Annie Liebowitz?) ought to do a photoshoot of Keith's hands - they tell the whole story.

I just never felt the need to photograph a car.

What I mean is, if I want to see it I just look outside and it's there. It doesn't grow bigger or change it's hairstyle or alter in any discernable way. In fact, to be truthful, with a little careful digging I'm sure I could locate fifty photos of cars which look exactly the same as mine. So taking a photo seems rather pointless.

Having said all that I do appreciate seeing photos of other people's cars.....creepy, huh?

I'm not in quite the same league as Cole or Rich, but there is something about rubbing her flanks with warm, soapy water...
