Turbo twists on a 997? thoughts?

Has anyone gone this path, maybe a bit going backwards but just thought with the headlight design bringing the 997 back a bit to look more like a 993 if anyone has added a nice set of older style porsche rims on a 997 like a set up Turbo Twist or other? My favorite porsche is the 993 Turbo with the tail and cool looking front bumper that flips up on the sides (some may hate it, just my opinion) and thinking of turning my 997 (purchasing later today it seems) into a bit of a throw back era looking 997.... anyone have any pics of twists on 997, do they make 19's or only 18 twist style wheels? Thanks.....

Run a search for Dave "Coochas". I believe he has twists on his Speed Yellow C4S for winter wheels.

i thought you were referring to the narrow 996 twists, which were like the ones on the 993 tt.
you can definitely get aftermarket lookalikes in 19, but the oem wheels were only made in 18's.

Yep, here's my winter set up. These are not actual turbo twists but rather knock-offs in 18" to suit my winter rubber.

...if a guy with Dave's 'enhancements' can get away with smaller rubber in the wintertime, the rest of us should have no problems. ;)
