Premier Garage vs. Life Deck Epoxy Floors
I am in the final stages up finishing my garage project and need to decide on a floor. I need to make a decision between using Premier Garage or using my professional painter who would use a new high end epoxy product made by Life Deck. Does anyone have any recent experience with either?

I had Premier Garage fix the floor, paint and put up cabinets. It's been almost 2 years and zero problems. Here is a pic after it was completed. They did a great job.

My brother-in-law used Premier Garage in Colorado. It looks awesome. It's more than just the actual coating; it's a whole process. They use a huge machine to micro-grind the surface of the concrete.
The other thing I really like is that they can create a seamless surface that actually extends up the garage wall a couple of inches, which makes clean up really easy.
Disclaimer: My brother is actually the Premier installer in Indianapolis. I have been telling him for two years that I want him to do my garage when he gets into a slow period--that hasn't happened yet! But maybe now with the new housing slump he can find the time to do his brother's garage!

Forgot to mention these:
With normal Epoxy's...you're out of your garage for 7-10 days.
With Premier garage...you're out of your garage for 1-2 days.
Epoxy's have 1-3 year warranties.
Premeir Garage has a 10 year warranty.
It's not just a clever name.

for some reason the builder didn't do it. I had a baby about 6 months after I moved into the house and it just hasn't been a priority. It's gonna happen at some point though. :-D
I agree though. The walls look hideous.

Racer
I'm doing an addition and part of it is an attached garage. I have been looking at both surfaces as well. I'm leaning towards the Race Deck.

But I still have a few weeks before I really have to make a choice.
