What is the difference between 997 cans and 997s cans.

Will 997s mufflers mount in place of 997 mufflers.

The mufflers will work. The difference is that the S tailpipes are a larger diameter.

Taking my .99 cent mufflers to the shop for the bypass mod/hack or whatever you want to call it.

If your shop is reasonably priced on this job tell them I'll ship them mine for the same modification. That might make them a little more willing to do the job knowing there might be others willing to pay for the same work.

It also saves me the hassle of finding someone locally. I can even include a return label for them so they can stick it on the same box and have UPS pick it up no-hassle.

You guys may want to check on the 993 forum for a guy that goes by Dfister. His name is Darin Fister. He did a set for me and were beautiful. He does great work and is reasonable. I shipped to him and he did the work and shipped back in about 5 days total.
