I like the Basalt, and it was what my wife chose also. Have had a 987 and 997 Cab in it--both triple black.

Thanks to everyone for your continuing thoughts on these two colors. I'm still torturing myself over the color and a couple of options.

MartyB -- Most assuredly if you order black it will rain all spring and summer, but only after you've just washed it, and then only enough to leave water spots, grime and specs of grease (oil?) all over your paint and windshield. Good times.
