I have a 2007 997C4S cab, and am debating between a Porsche sport exhaust and a Tubi. I would greatly appreciate input from anyone who has actually heard a tubi exhaust on a 997S.

A good friend has a tubi on his 997 cab s and its the reason Im getting one. The rumbling growl is outrageous.

I have had the Tubi on my car for about 1.5 years and it is great. Call Mike O'Donnel 727 224-2721 and he will get you the sound. He is parts mgr at Bert Smith Porsche in St. Pete.

On a side note, I always love it when the rotation of the wheels get near the point that match the number of frames per second of the video camera and the wheels appear to stop rotating, or appear to be rotating backwards.

Yea if you can get over the background music too, it sounds insane at high RPM's.

With the wheels having that stop/backward effect, they try to focus on their brakes which are also upgrades from standard "S" brakes.

I'd love to have a Tubi with a PSE on/off switch for those days you don't want it too loud... what a minute... did I say that? Damn, I MUST be getting old.

They have one for the GT3 and CaymanS
It has a remote control like PSE to make it quiet.
Sound pretty good, but they dont have 997 versions yet.
The video make it look like the exhaust spits when it on loud... pretty cool :-)

It is tame @ idle. Cruising speed there is 0 resonance. You really hear it @ WOT. Of course sound is subjective but it is not too loud - I would like it if it was even louder

I have not heard the PSE in person..but I had someone hear my TUBI who has heard both. He said the TUBI was much louder and he preferred the rough sound.

The install time for either is the same correct? But if I opted for the wiring with the pse, look to bump the install time 10+ hours?
