Has anyone bought the 911 pedal car for their kids?

I got the Boxster pedal car (see avatar). Its fairly well made, but the only reason its $300 is the name, i.e. its way overpriced. Rarely used, but we live in the hills so no place to really use it.

Take this from a parent of a very well adjusted 15 and 17 year old - don't spoil them or get them used to having things like a Porsche pedal car. Nothing good can come from it other than excessive expectations.
Instead, try the original Kettcar for about $170. My neighbor gave it to us, my 2 kids used it for years, we then gave it to another neighbor - it finally gave out after 6 kids over a 10 year period.

You can find them elsewhere if out of stock
The Kettcar and many other products taught my kids that we don't have to be a consumer driven disposable society.
