A big THANK YOU to Les for allowing me to become a proud owner of club coupe. It is most definitely the only club coupe in Vancouver. The local PCA should be as happy as I am.

I promise to post pictures when I receive the car.

Any one wants to buy my cobalt blue 997S?

Hi Jay,

What is a dereamer? Do you mean dreamer?

I don't understand what you are talking about.

WHOA WHOA
TIM!
You got it?!?!?!

Gee want to let me buy you a beer when it arrives?
As well I'll trade you, a beer and an 89' Volvo for your cobalt car
In all seriousness - that's great! And my beer offer (the buying you a beer so I can ogle it in person, not the pathetic joke I made)

Tim, I wouldn't sweat the comment. I think he's just raining on your parade. Karma is a wonderful thing. Hope you enjoy the car. I sure did!!

PCA... doesn't that mean Porsche Club of America? Or is it more like Porsche Club of North America? Just kidding.

Congrats on a very cool car!

I can take 4 days off from work and help you drive it across. That's the REAL way to do that!

Thanks everyone for comment.

Les - Thanks for the car. I for sure will enjoy it.

Dan - Great idea, but weather condition not perfect for long driving trip, and I'm not able to take more than one day off work.

Brett - beer is always welcome!

Hi Tim
I'm guessing you purchased the car without actually driving it. If so, you have quite a treat in store when it arrives. Have fun and welcome to the club!

Thanks Marc.

You're right. I purchase the car without driving, or even looking it. Looking at Les' collections, I will have nothing to worry about.

A comparison between my cobalt blue 997S and club coupe will be in order.

Congrats, you'll love the car. I also bought mine without driving it. I traded my 996tt. It was a great move, the car is fantastic.

Thanks Jim.

I drove my brother's 996TT and my buddy's slightly modified 993TT and both cars are faster than my 997S. I said from a short 30 mph to 120 mph run their cars will pull 1 to 2 cars length ahead of me. How would you compare the club coupe with your 996TT?
