i see a ton of these for sale nationwide, including a nice one locally. is there a particular reason for the apparent abundance of this model?

In my case I sold mine to custom order. Pretty common with "early adopters" or the first to buy new styles. My '05 C2S was off the truck though I did treat it really well.

Fantastic cars... get a deal on one!

becasue every body bought them when they hit the streets and now everybody is in line for the turbo and gt3 and rs
