Ben understands. Poor choice of colors that just don't coordinate well. Porsche essentially gives you enough rope to hang yourself on configuring a car. Just be careful that you don't.

I see that now, Ben, like on my own car. With the natural brown they chose a slightly lighter shade of thread.

My Dream car would be a gulf blue 997TT, black leather with gulf blue deviated stitching. I know it would get shot down by Porsche, if I had the fund to do it..

Another reason why they don't try to hide the stitching by using the same exact shade for the thread as the leather is that they don't want to leave any doubt in the eye of the beholder that the leather and stitching are real and not fake.
My 300ZX had a molded foam rubber dash with molded faux stitching around the edges!
