Default Another Sport Chrono question...

Sorry guys, but one last question... If one buys a C2S without Sport Chrono, is there still a sport button in the car or at least a button to turn off/diminish the intrusion of PSM? Too many electro gimmicks in the 997 me thinks... Thank you.

PSM on/off is there regardless, Dan. On the right of the lower switch panel.

Also - the manual says that:

1.) if you turn PSM off manually,
2.) and if you have Sport Chrono but don't have Sport mode turned on OR
you don't have Sport Chrono at all, then
3.) one front tire entering ABS activation range will reactivate PSM.

OTHO:

1.) if you turn PSM off manually,
2.) and you have Sport Mode ON,
3.) it'll take both front tires in ABS activation range to re-engage PSM...

So there's a bit more "slack" afforded in terms of PSM activation in Sport mode.

If you're like me and have PSE (but no Sport Chrono), disengaging PSM and engaging the "Sport" button will result in situation #1 above and much better sounding "flatulence".
