When you've reached the age where you think you need to have every single thing you own fully paid off before you can enjoy one of the finest engineered products on the earth.

Me 0 down heloc.0j yea right if you dont have 5 miil in cds stocks not counting the real estate.
ride the bus.anything less or spending your parent money.(interest income) which sould be in the low 6s.Low 6 (000000) Is a woking stiff with ***** money.

Interest income= Money you live on without touching the principle.
Heloc = Home equity line of credit.
Parent money = Principle in cash.
Low six figures # 1-3 first digit AND six zeros.
Have you ever read a credit report. ?

Could someone translate that into something a person with a formal education can understand?

Contrarian view: run your family finances like our government runs its budget - claim to be a fiscal conservative but build largest debt possible by spending like crazy - preferably on foriegn goods (i.e. exotic sports cars) and let your kids inherit the mess.

i have seen credit reports and they don't read like that to me. which agency writes like that?

finally, i'm still not sure if you think someone should buy it 0% down with a heloc.

i guess if someone buys a Porsche without the wherewithall it will still dress up their double-wide just fine.
