FWIW played around with it and 160 is the highest speed you can rip at and not go through some sort of conversion on the burn. I think it is the best sound also. Speaking only about windows media player here.

Most of my collection is already on WMA's and I've been procrastinating re-ripping everything to MP3 and burning a data cd.
