I received an email from a dealer today stating that the C4S allocations were just granted. There is a prelim order guide on this forum (search it!).
Unless things have changed, the first cars are expected to arrive stateside Nov-Dec.

The C4S order guides are not yet available at the dealerships. They will be arriving soon though. The cars themselves will be arriving in November.
