I put the Techart steel lines on my car when I did the big reds...the quality is awesome.

But, are they really that good or do they just look good? I understand that race cars use rubber lines. They say the SS lines give a firmer brake because the heat of the fluid will cause the rubber to expand and the braid stops that. I installed them on my Boxster and on the track could feel no difference. I never lost the brakes in 6 years with or with out the SS lines. Who is the expert? GIve us a good accurate answer.

We have our Agency Power Brakelines. All race cars are running steel braided. Look at any car in the Speed World Challenge. Better braking, firmer pedal response, and rubber lines...they can break. All big brake kits include them, people use them for MANY reasons. These lines are teflon inside, steel braided and then gel coated. Ends are all CNC machined. Lines come in smoke with gold fittings. DOT approved.

I got set of 4 lines for $120. Check it out.
