Dark blue Interior or black
Wonder if the dark blue full leather interior would look better than black full leather interior on Midnight blue cab? I still have time to change. I can't decide, help please.
Thanks

I have the dark blue (sea foam?) on a silver cab and everyone loves the color. It looks black when you look at the car from the outside but when you get in the car you can see the real color and it is great.

As per my post yesterday, Sea Blue would look great. Some people love all-black interiors, but I think they are too monochromatic, and the Blue would highlight the interior just right, I think. I have it on my Arctic Silver 997 and love it.

I have an Arctic Silver 996 cab with a Metropol blue top and interior. I've just ordered an Arctic Silver 997 cab with Metropol blue top and sea blue interior. I agree with Charles Thronso that the silver/black combination is boring and you see it everywhere. I've found that the silver/blue combination is a more distinctive look, but not garish and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. I've also seen some dark blue 996 cab's with grey tops and interiors that I thought looked really nice, but I'm not sure if they're offering that combination with the early build 997s.

How about one of the following......
Midnight Blue/Stone Grey/Deviate carpet to Sea Blue/blue or grey top.
Midnight Blue/Sea Blue/Deviate carpet to Stone Grey/grey top.
The dealer near me has a new 996 Cab........Midnight blue, Graphite Grey interior with Metropol Blue seat centers/Metropol Blue carpet/Grey top. Stunning.
In my opinion deviating the carpet/seat centers/etc. is one of the best ways to make the interior really pop out and add a bit of exclusivity to the mix.

Thanks Everyone . Agree with majority to go with tripple Blue and aree that black looks a little too boring. I Will call the dealer on Monday. I had a white boxter with Metropel blue top and lover the blue canvas.
Hapy new year.

This may not matter to you, but blue interiors make resale more challenging on down the road. Just a thought.
If you're set on blue, I agree go triple blue and consider deviating carpets (black).

Considering same blue/black issue here to go along with Arctic or GT Silver;
If anyone has their "The New 911" dealer promo book (brochure containing 112 pages total):
refer to page 75 (fold-out dashboard photos): Is this Sea Blue?
If so, it is quite a nice shade, appears almost black.

looking at page 75 it appears to be sea blue. When I go to porsche site and choose the canavs color metropel blue on midnight blue exterior, the canvas blue color looks much lighter than it should. Is it my graphic card or is it really that much lighter?
