It would be good to check with your dealership if the SKU is correct.

its tough finding the crest anymore.
if you go to aj.com they can do lloyd mats that can feature 'carrera s' i believe.
i know they can still do they 'turbo' logo, etc....but the crest is pretty rare now i think...i hope i'm wrong, tho.

Unless they are available through an authorized Porsche dealer, fahgeddaboudtit! Lloyds has not been able to sell trademarked Porsche mats for a few years now. They can make you a set with 997 S, but not Carrera S and not with a logo.

Chris is right - Carrera S is not available (after checking...)
Turbo and Turbo S are both available, however - but i know this doesn't help you out.
i'd contact AJusa.com (or google 'Lloyd mats' and find the dealer of your choice) and see what they say since 997 and 997 S aren't listed yet....

If Porsche was charging me the usual extortion fee, I'd option the car with no mats and get Lloyds superheavyweight (lifetime warranty) instead. Lloyds are much better quality than the paper-thin plastic towels the factory has been doling out lately.
BTW, charging extra $$$ for floormats reminds me of the European restaurant tradition where they put the house bread on your table, then charge you for touching it.

A friend of mine took euro delivery on his 996tt cab, it came with floor mats n/c! That really sucks, they stick it to the US market anyway they can. When I ordered mine, I demanded mats at n/c, they probably just upped the price on another option to humor me.

Lloyds "superheavyweight" (whatever they call their top-of-the-line model) are thick like carpet. They literally have a lifetime warranty. They are about twice as thick as the factory mats. I got a set for my 944 and have been very pleased with the quality.

I spoke with my Porsche dealer today and he quoted me $224 for the set of floor mats, part number 997.044.800.01.A10. I asked about the discrepancy between the price for option M6A ($115) and his price and he really didn't know why there was such a big difference (perhaps the cost of shipping and inventory as compared to having them installed at the factory?)
I also emailed Dottie at Llyod's mats after not finding a vendor whose web site said they had black mats with silver lettering for the 997. Dottie replied that Lloyd's does have the specific pattern for the 997 and that one needs to just call the vendor and ask for that pattern. Can someone plz recommend a Rennlist sponsor who carries Lloyd's mats? TIA.
