A/C & Temperature Setting to Key Memory
Greetings!
Can you share experience with storing custom A/C & temperature setting to key memory in 997.1 Carrera 4S, please?
Currently, when I switch engine on I have 24 degС and AC off by default. This seems to be too hot for the summer season.
Thank you.

How to store the mirror, seat position, HVAC, and mirror tilt on backup settings to each key is all in the owners manual. The settings get recalled for each key when you hit the unlock button on the key.

Whatever the HVAC is set at when you store the seat and mirror settings also stores those, at least in my 2 C2S cars it did - that was 12 years ago when I did this though.

Is there a hidden software switch to trigger?

Maybe the HVAC will only set to key #1. Since we rarely drive each others cars I've not tried to set different settings to the other key for her car.
Maybe try and use the other key for your car - maybe that's #1 and see if the settings will store.

Not that I'm aware of. My wife's car is set to come on at 72 F in Auto mode with the AC enabled and I have mine set to come on in Eco mode set to Lo temp with AC off.

This may be the case.
However I've lost my Key #1 and currently use Key #2.

Assuming you have the OEM radio (PCM) those setting are in the PCM if you have the Sport Chrono package.
Select SET on the radio and scroll to Individual Memory where you will find the following options
