love the passion bro - i too remember porsche challenge but for me my first glint of interest in a 911 was seeing a 76 turbo come whaling through my neighborhood. I was maybe 10 years old at the time but it left a mark! Made my parents buy me a Fujimi kit the next day and I've got that old build still with me today, along with my dream fulfilled, 911.

Congratulations, it looks like a great car.

Just want to correct the record, though. Mid-life crises don't happen until you turn 50. I need this to be true since it's how I'll explain to my wife that I had to get a blue F430 gated manual in the next year or so...

Congrats! Nice ride. My story is very near the same! I fell in love with Porsche when I was playing Need 4 Speed and I loved the way I could come into a corner hot, let off and let the rear end come around for oversteer and hit the throttle halfway through and bite the rear end and rocket past the other car on the inside. Wanted one ever since and made my dream come true in 2018. I took almost a month of looking at it every time I entered the garage before I got used to seeing it there! You'll love it. Next for me is a track day!

Love the color combo, especially special cocoa.

Congratulations! I am in a very similar situation. Will turn 39 this week and just purchased my first Porsche, a 2010 C2S. Similar to you I do not come from money but have always loved the 911 shape. I've only had it for two weeks but I've been smiling ever since I bought it.

Cheers to our early midlife crisis and many happy miles to come!

Beauty! Congrats. I bet you're just finding excuses to go to the garage and peek Cocoa Brown too? Gorgeous

It always feels great to find that right car that you will treasure and enjoy for years to come! There is something about 911 ownership and for me my 997.1 is my perfect 911
