2008 997 front shock absorber replacement

Hi Gents,
We have a customer with a stock 2008 997 non S and one of his front shock absorbers is leaking and needing replacement. Unfortunately through Porsche or aftermarket OEM suppliers the stock front shocks, 997 343 043 13 or NLA. What are you guys using for drop in replacements

Sean

Updated part number is 997-343-041-14. Or -16 for the sport suspension. Part seems to be the same for S and non-S. Not sure why the part number is different, but what is the problem with using the newer part?

I went with Bilstein coilovers - so much better than the stock suspension in that you can actually feel what the suspension is doing and it's much less abrupt over undulations and with better handling.

Thankyou, After a few discussions with the dealer they are now saying the part number is 997-343-041-13, the parts are on order and we will see how we go
