those wheels on the silver C2S just set the car off!!! Great find!
Very nice.
You may have posted it but who's on your list for parts?
FCPEuro
Suncoast
Pelican Parts
etc..
I just stumbled on autohausAZ and they have great prices as well. another good option

I use FCPEuro for maintenance parts and suncoast for some accessory stuff.

Graufuchs - couple of other questions for you.
1 - What is the gray car paint color?
2 - I noticed in some of the photos you are using a Quickjack set-up. Thinking of buying a pair of these myself. What model would you recommend for the 997.1?

1- Seal Grey Metallic
2- 5000SLX https://www.quickjack.com/car-lifts/5000tlx/
I like the 5000 in case I have to lift one of the Volvos (XC60 & XC90) I have, it will handle most mid-size/Small SUVs.
Plus a little overkill is good for the 997s. The new TLX models have a max height that is 3" higher than the SLX model.

Thanks. Mine is seal gray also. Amazing how differrent the color looks in the avatar photos. I guess mine was taken with blue sky overhead and yours with gray sky.

2008 C2 Aero
Mileage 19059
-Removed Rear Transmission Insert
-Removed Tint from windows
-Installed OEM Alcantara Steering Wheel, Shifter and Hand Brake
-Installed Android PCCM (Owtowsin Unit)
I decided to remove the transmission insert, it brought in a ton of vibration into the cabin with the Fabspeed exhaust (Cup exhaust), it also created a bit of slop in the shifter (Which I was looking to minimize). Shifting is improved and that extra NVH is gone. (I cant recommend the insert at this point)
Tint was removed, didn't like how it looked with Guards red. I feel it cheapened the look of the car. I used the plastic garbage bag/windex method. It worked really well with minimal adhesive removal.
Added some Alcantara bits to the interior, the steering wheel has a bit more padding and feels great in your hand. Also added the Owtowsin unit with wireless carplay, it looks OEM which was the goal. Very happy with the Alcantara and the updated PCCM. the addition of both definitely makes the car a bit more special to be in.

2008 - PORSCHE 911 AERO C2
MILEAGE: 19145
A few updates/upgrades:
Swapped out the Fabspeed Cup Exhaust and Tips to a set of FisterD S Mufflers w/ Titanium Ceramic and Factory S Tips. The howl and pure flat 6 sound with the X51 headers is really nice, more my speed.
https://fdmotorsports.net/shop/ols/p...t-modification
Updated the Android Software to a Clean Slate Build by @MattDevoCustoms Very OEM+ appearance and functions great.
Updated the shifter assembly with GT3 style aluminum bushings. Improved shifter feel and it feels a bit more mechanical. I still prefer the factory SSK kit but this is a welcomed improvement, plus it follows the GT3 "lite" interior (GT3 Alcantara Wheel and shifter).
https://www.phenixengineering.com/pr...ft-bushing-kit
The last project that was completed was the removal of the Water Etched PPF from the front fenders and hood. This was not a fun project but after a polish and ceramic coat the paint looks great. I kept the PPF on the bumper and mirrors.
Next up are some sway bars and some Michelin PS4 Sneakers. Not a fan of these Potenzas.

Really enjoyed the diary on the cars @Graufuchs . Coincidentally that I just picked up a near new atlas grey 997.1 C2S from the same dealer (RFMC) and I also drive a Volvo V90 as a daily/family hauler.
