I'd like some help from the well-informed people here please!!!

I asked Porsche Irvine over a month ago and they have failed, and don't, frankly seem to care very much.
It's a shame, it's my first interaction with my local dealership. I might have to look for another dealer for my major services.
(I'll do my own oil changes but I do want to make sure I have Porsche garages on my service history for major intervals).

Here's what I asked:

I'm looking for an inner door panel for GT3 style door pulls I'm adding to my 997.2 Carrera 2011.
Does anyone know what the equivalent left-hand driver's door side part number is for this part?:
Insert Panel (right): 987-555-352-02-5Z1

I've been told 2 answers for the part I need - below - but they're BOTH wrong!!!!
I actually ordered them and had to return both. Grrrr...
987-555-351-01-5Z1
997-555-351-03-5Z1

This is the CORRECT part for the right hand door - 987-555-352-02-5Z1 - mounted on my right hand door:



Which by itself looks like this:


Right now, my poor left-hand, driver's side door, without the RS style door pull and door panel looks like this!!!

What's incorrect about the two 351 part.numbers? I thought door spears were pretty universal. Driver's side ones have 2 window switches and passenger sides have 1.

OK It's hard to explain so I made this graphic...in short there's two parts that are different that enable the red GT3 door strap to be attached instead of the normal silver handle:



Maybe I could get a standard insert, and enlarge the hole so I can address difference 2.
But I'd need a solution for the black part, difference 1.

Ideally though, I just get the right part!!!

Surely if they make one for the right hand door, they also make one for the left hand side door?!!!!
I'm looking for the part number for the left hand driver's door equivalent part to the right hand door "Insert Panel" whose part number is: 987-555-352-02-5Z1.
