I asked my shop to check out a clunking noise from the front end during a recent service and after inspecting the suspension components and finding nothing wrong, they spent some time looking for the culprit. It turned to be a loose hood and an adjustment to the latch mechanism fixed it. I was surprised; the hood has never been off as far as I could tell (not a mark on the bolts, original paint). Don’t know if anyone here has experienced this but thought it would be good for you all to know.
