Tug on different parts of the exhaust and see if you find anything loose or the heat shield touching anything or the catw rattling inside (use a rubber mallet).

Petza - I'll try that. I did get rid of a rattle in the past by tightening up a heat shield, and my concern about this whole thing is that it's more like a structural rumble than a rattle.
