@SOARISTO Thank you for your wonderful project! Every time I take my Boxster Spyder out I smile when the light is ON without me pushing a button! All the best in your next project! Thank you for making a positive contribution to the Porsche community!
FYI Rennlisters -- I bought an additional PSE kit as someone will probably now want one as the project is over. If you PM me I will sell for the same price as SOARISTO plus shipping.

Sincere Gratitude
Hello 997/987 Pilots!!
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to @will007 for giving me the valuable opportunity to start this project.
Without this project, my work would only be used by me.
I'm glad that so many 997/987 Pilots (about 20 owners) are having pleasure.
Thank you very much for your reply, @bajabluejay. I look forward to your review.
I still love her, Lisa, as much as ever. (Someone told me that Lisa has married to a millionaire and drives a Carrera GT now.)
Good bye!! 997/987 Pilots!!

Hello fellow 997 drivers,
does anyone of you know what the following "object" SP090.... means?
Im searching where the Sport Exhaust System (Nr. 9132, Red/Blue) cable ends. Unfortunately it is not clear to me where the SP090_SPKL87DME3_997 is located? Or what it even is?
I know that KL87 is supposed to mean Term 87. So its related to the power supply circuit. Also there is a Term 87 input on the DME at A8, which has the right colour. However the cable itself is larger diameter (1 instead of 0,5).
The wiring diagram is from the 2005 997, sheet 18.
I gladly appreciate any help.
Greetings
Ryan

Have you referenced the Porsche Retrofit Instruction? Link Here
Referencing page 10&11:
It looks like you are referring to the 9132 rd/bu, running from the changeover valve mounted on the intake, through the grommet, into the rear passenger compartment.
That goes to the DME, under rear passenger deck, which you can access following these instructions.
At the DME, this connection goes into Connector A, Terminal 87 as you mentioned.
That's Connector #5 in this image from Sharkwerks on the DME:

hi @Joachim > @SOARISTO is not making any more kits. I have an extra one figuring that someone would want one later. Will sell at same price + shipping cost. See post #108. PM me.

I wanted to use this thread to see if anybody could shed some light to a retrofit project I want to tackle.
I recently bought the Cargraphic Airlift Evolution kit, which comes with a remote to raise and lower the suspension. See how it works here:
It uses a remote to activate the system, and I would like to hardwire it. I guess I can run a pair of cables to the center console and install a button inside the ashtray, but I would like to try and adapt a solution that looks OEM. My car (a 997.1) doesn't have PSE, only PASM, so my console looks like this:
I wonder if it would be possible to replace it with the unit which has the SPORT button and wire that one to the airlift kit:
Do you think it would be a similar solution to SOARISTO's? As far as I see it, it's sending the signal once to turn it on and doing it again to turn it off but I could be mistaken.

Hi everyone. I was disappointed to see Soaristo isn't producing anymore kits, so I decided to try to create a "wireless" PSE button that could be installed without running cable through the firewall. I'm happy to report that I've created a working prototype of the wireless PSE button on my 997.2. I hope to have production-ready units by the end of the year. If you'd like to get on the waitlist or stay updated, fill out this Google Form. Thanks!

Amazing! So incredible to see the work this community can do. As mega fan of my Soaristo kit this sounds like it could accomplish the same thing with perhaps even easier install. Not that the Soaristo kit was that difficult. It's one of those 'mods' that you wonder how you ever lived without. Looking forward to seeing your progress!
