Default My new C4S

Hi All, long time lurker first time poster! Picked up my new to me 2006 Carrera 4S that i am quite happy with so far. I'm the 3rd owner of the car with the first 2 in Texas, its been in an indoor climate since birth, and will continue to be in the desert with me. Just 17K miles on the odometer, i had an inspection by my local indy and he gave it an enthusiastic thumbs up. I did have all of the fluids changed last week and she's good to go. Bone stock build, with full stone grey leather interior, bose and 19"s. I'm going to add a Fabspeed maxflo exhaust and intake, and upgrade the radio but will keep it pretty much as is for now.

Took her up the mountain for a spin last night, what do you all think?

Congrats! Looks great. Consider pulling the bumper off and respraying it to get rid of the pimples. I did it on mine as it was previously a New York car and I couldn't let it be. Enjoy!

Congratulations! I bought my 06 C2S 2 years ago with 14K miles and got the enthusiastic thumbs up from the PPI as well. Looks like you've found a real gem! Enjoy the ride!

Congrats. You have excellent taste :-)

I think I saw that car listed a few months ago. Thought about selling mine and getting a C4S that looked exactly the same...wife would never know.

Those Sport Design wheels look super classy when clean, but are a bitch to keep that way. The best purchase I've made is Hawk Ceramic pads. Completely eliminates brake dust. It's amazing.

Awesome!! Welcome to the club and what a great low mileage find! Love those hips on the C4S. I highly recommend the porsche short shifter if you don't have it... Sport Short Shifter 997-424-983-00 . You know its the Short Shifter if it has a Blue plastic shift cover . Makes the relationship between all the controls feel more as a precise unit. Congrats!!!!
