(Any Stones fans on here?!)

Hi guys,

I'm Tony, I've been lurking on the 997 forum for a while but finally pulled the trigger on a new-to-me 2005 C2S 6 speed! I previously owned an Arena Red 993 and probably not be coincidence, I ended up with a Carmon Red 997 this time! It has 54k miles, Sport Chrono, tan interior and is everything I hoped it would be and then some.

I live in NJ and I bought the car out of Naples, Florida, so I flew down this past Friday, met the extremely kind seller and drove it to Miami for the weekend. As fun as that drive was, I quite look forward to the car arriving here this week and carving up the back mountain roads near Bear Mountain, NY.

I'm excited to be a 997 owner and look forward to "meeting" many of you on here! For now, here are some photos from the weekend in Florida:

Met up with a friend (also from NJ) and his 991 at a buddy's dealer in Miami.



Prestige Imports' event was rained out, but still had to visit their impressive showroom.

That was truly an unforgettable weekend with a fantastic car. I can't wait to log more miles when it arrives home.

She's a real beauty! I lived in NJ all my life until 5 years ago when I moved to Naples Florida. Funny, I never saw that car anywhere here over the past 5 years.
