Panamera Coupe and Convertible?
Autocar is reporting that Porsche is working on coupe and convertible versions of the Panamera.
Perhaps to be called the new 928?
They're really pushing to fill every possible niche.

If only they'd put a bench set option in the back. My wife loves the Panamera but we just can't make it work as a family car with two rear buckets.

Why bother?...I think the new 992 already looks like a 2-door Panamera.

Three Wheelin'
My sales guy told me that PCNA required various higher volume dealers to stock and sell a certain number of these models. They were a bear to sell at the price point (in his case the dealership offered incentives to salespeople to move them). I beleive currently, while a dealer can stock them, they are mainly sold as special orders.

I saw one at Leigh in Cary, NC. These are probably done for the English market and target wealthy people who hunts foxes and plays a lot of golf. They are called Shooting Brake Panamera. :-)

lots on this already on the 928 forum - https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...-surfaces.html . This pops up every year or so, and these sketches are all old recirculations. Not likely to happen, as the modern 911 really morphed into what the 928 was, which was a world class grand tourer/sports car.

I think that Panamera Shooting Brake is the best looking wagon on the market. I'd be surprised if it's not killing it in Europe where they much prefer the Estate, Touring, Wagon, Shooting Brake, whatever you want to call it over the SUVs we drive over here. If I had to have a wagon, a Turbo Panamera wouldn't be a bad way to go. Lucky for me, I don't need to have a wagon, so will stick with the Cayenne Turbo S.

I would definitely be interested in this. Only delete rear wiper - it's why god invented RainX.
Besides who gives a crap about the cars they've already passed? The future is not in the rearview mirror!!!
