I’ve got a 2009 C4 Cab (non S), what’s the brake pad recommendation?
Car is 100% street use.

OEM seams to be most expensive, then Textar followed by Centric.
I’m not looking to get a cheap set and not knowing what’s a good option these days don’t want to qualify it by the cost...

Low brake dust would be a plus.
I understand Hawk is good, but one poster stated they are not great for street use (they need to warm up).

Not sure who said that about Hawk Ceramics, but that is not the case at all. Have them on my 997.2 for quite awhile now and I love them. Plus you don’t have all the dust.

Thanks for reply, based on the link you provided I think Hawk is the way to go.
I saw the comment about them needed to heat up on this site, I don’t remember the exact thread - not important as it looks like the majority feel Hawk is the way to go.
