yep BUT when I did my clutch at 75K miles my flywheel was ok - I wouldn't count on it but a slight chance u can use it
I think you can get a new OEM stock FW from RennPart for $685---> car with those many miles u want to keep costs at minimum

You want to try a wrench who will let you buy the parts or at least they buy parts from discount supplier like RennPart/etc---> Oem parts at discount
My Sachs clutch and RMS were $580 including shipping back in December
Saves $$ bigtime

May have missed it but has it been established yet if it has the old, smaller IMS (easy replace with a clutch job) or the larger improved IMS which is a much bigger deal to replace. This would be my main concern with this car and the mileage.

It's easier to stall a car with a lightweight flywheel.
I did in my -06 C4S. Different and takes a little getting used to but not a big deal and becomes a non-issue in no time at all.

Put a lightweight flywheel in mine very crisp - a little mechanical chatter at idle but I like that some might not.
