Noobs sayin Hi
Greetz -
Spent the past few months on the net searching for a used Cayman and kept ending up here. In the process found a base 09 997.2 local garage queen in similar budget range and in great condition. Been a couple weeks in my first Porsche and my feet haven't touched the ground. But they can reach the pedals!

outstanding. great choice too. I love Caymans, but 911 is a different kind of car. Your wheels look great. How about some interior pics!

Welcome Tapcon - I ended up here exactly the same way. I'd been shopping Caymans and the right 911 showed up, also a 2009 garage queen! The white/grey looks great! If you stick around here too much these guys will have you spending every dime on goodies, be careful!

Congrats! I have a base 997.1 and its hell of a bargain to get into a 911.
I would recommended installing Eibach lowering springs and 15mm spacers to improved the stance and ride.

Really nice and I doubt you'll ever have any regrets going the Carrera route instead of the Cayman. I have nothing against the Cayman except I'm 6'3" tall and just don't fit in it no matter how good of a car it is and how far back I slide the driver's seat.
I see it's a PDK car but don't see the sport chrono wart on the dash. Does it have the SC software installed or is it plain PDK with no SC? If it is, consider getting the SC software installed. It's not that expensive but makes a world of difference in how you will use and appreciate the PDK. Here it is at Suncoast for $1,195: https://www.suncoastporsche.com/suncoast-parts.htm
Worth every penny IMO. Would go as far as to say I wouldn't own a PDK car without it.

Counter - my 997.1 came with lowered springs, and while it looked awesome, I had serious scraping issues. I drive mine regularly. I had the stock springs put back on. Someday, I'll put the H&R's back on.

Welcome. Car looks great - just need to have the yellowed stone guards refreshed. Steam them off so it doesn't take the clearcoat with them.
See dmpslc was right, I've already spent $100 for you LOL
