I was chasing down some rattles behind the glove box this evening and I came across this. The wired that are clipped to the right side of the glove box assembly had one wire, inside the plastic sleeve, that was just cut, and all were zip tied to the side. I have no idea what it goes to or where it comes from. I bought this about 3 months ago, so I keep discovering little secrets the terrible previous owner did or didn't do to the car. Any ideas? Are the other wires correct, as you can tell? Thanks.

Probably some sort of bluetooth or iPod adaptor. Guess your car is a 997.1, common to put a Dension or similar behind the glovebox.

Nope, 2009 C2. 997.2. It goes back down behind the carpeting behind the glove box. I wasn't particularly in the mood to start taking apart the interior any more than I already did to find the other end.

Good thought though.

Can anyone tell me what the stock wires are that clip on the side of the glove box there?
