We've all seen Porsche ads where clocks are set at the 09:11 hour.
Given that our beautiful Sport Chrono clocks have limited use on a daily basis, having them display 09:11 is a nice aesthetic add-on.
But stopping a clock at 11 hundreds of the 9th second is a non-trivial process.
With some encouragement from a friend, who's done it, I managed to do it in less than 30 minutes.
Here's how I did it:
I noticed that starting and stopping the clock gave me an interval of roughly 30 hundreds of a second.
In some cases, I could get it to stop every 20 hundreds of a second but this was not consistent and some times I would fail to stop the clock
With the 30 hundreds being my consistent interval, I targeted to get around 8:80
Now, if you're close to 8:80, it's a stochastic process after this point and you need to be prepared to get close misses like 9:09, 9:10, 9:12 and 9:13. I was unlucky enough to get all of those.
You might want to try stopping the clock a couple of times after the 8th second and target for ~8:20, ~8:50 and then ~8:80
A more resilient strategy might be to be happy with setting and alternatively achieving a secondary objective of 09:97 (09:91 or 09:92) if you unsuccessfully get past the 09:11 hour
Lastly, the support of friends, knowing that this post exists and that others have wasted their time on this helps with your self-motivation and not to think of yourself as a fool "wasting" your '"time" on this :-)
At the end of the day, it will look great and it's nice to know that there's a semi-stochastic method for achieving something seemingly impossible that at some point crossed your mind.

I spent every stoplight for about a week timing mine to exactly 9.11. Probably took over 200 attempts - I hit 9.10 and 9.12 at least a half dozen times apiece before hitting 9.11. Haven't touched the sport Chrono since!

Same here ... there are 12 stoplights from my home to the tollway, and I needed them all, three times over to finally get the rhythm. Now, I keep it on a trickle charger and hope I never have to disconnect the battery.
I've thought about taking a day off to achieve this but decided that having the SC gauge lit up along with the rest of the gauge cluster was a higher priority and took about 15 seconds to get done. Also wanted the needle/pointer in the 12 o'clock position so mine reads 2 or 3 seconds or something but the needle looks like it hasn't moved as opposed to looking like it was stopped without being reset. To each their own. Pretty sure there are plenty of people out there who wish this was a decision they had to grapple with.....
