Yes, that was pretty strong money for that car, but BaT is the best forum for selling Porsches it seems.

I totally agree. I personally would not have paid more than $37k for that car. BAT has really been producing some high Porsche prices lately.

If you type 997 in the search bar, you'll get all of the current 997 auctions with the ones that have ended farther down the page. There's also a nice little scarysc plot showing prices over time.

So final price was $42k? I was kinda close at 40k. Yeah I think the buyer really had a special interest with the macadamia color with that kind of money he thru out. I knew a lot of folks would like this color and the results was evident.
