*I think that GS will pass the RT---> I sold my RT for $6500 last year so sellr made out ok - He dumped $1200 into it with bunch of stuff before his cross country trip - He put 6500 miles on it.
I'm telling you the old aircooled BMW Motorcycles are gonna skyrocket just like aircooled Porsches.

WooHoo That was fun. Amazing what presentation can do for an auction. As was pointed out a few days ago, this car was nearly identical to one that sold earlier this month for $48K - a whopping $8K difference. Hard to believe a duck tail and front lip spoiler made that much difference. Reality was this one went high, and the other one went low.

I guess I get to pick the next one. Pickin's are pretty slim (I love that 50th anniversary edition, but it's a 991). So we'll go with 07 black 4S 6 speed, and I'll start with $36,500.

Anybody else notice that the standard BAT Auction length seems to have changed from 7 days to 8?


I can only assume that it's due to July 4th and will go back to 7 during Non-holiday weeks?
