Clarification here since this was close. I thought Price-is-Right rules applied, meaning closest w/o going over. Your can tell me I’m wrong if that is the case and I will be fine with it. So calling for a ruling here. . .

AFAIK, closest w/o going over only applies to dead ties. ie. one bid is 48,500 and another is 49,500 and it sells for $49,000. Both are $500 off, so $48,500 wins. That happened to me on the last one and I won by a rules under tie. But this was $3 from jaws1's bid.
