I think this is just a lighting round as there was no 997 over 2 days left, so it was just something interesting while waiting for a good 997

As an avid watcher of BaT auctions, I cringe when I see ones where the seller leaves a ton of money on the table like this:

How to BaT:
1) Have a nice car to sell and know what buyers are gonna ask about with that type of car
2) Clean the car as much as is possible
3) Take a zillion photos with a good camera and good lighting including lots of underbody shots with it up on a lift or rack
4) Be available the whole week of the auction, accommodating requests to see/drive the car up til the end of the auction
5) Read and reply to every comment and post new stuff like DME reports (which you really should have done beforehand)

The above auction could have fetched probably $5k more (?) just by doing those steps. If I ever sell a car on BaT, I intend to do it right. The "BaT tax" isn't something you get just for merely showing up.
