I got it with 60K on the clock 2 years ago, and it just had the 60K service done. Drove it for a bit, but got things well sorted out along the way. Had the IMS, clutch, RMS, AOS, oil cooler, coolant expansion tank, water pump, belts, and some other smaller things all done in one fell swoop. Afterwards, it felt like a new car! It has a full Fabspeed exhaust from the headers to the tips, hi-flo cats, wishbone CAI, tune, GT3 brake ducts, short shifter, and a few other things. It was lowered, but I put stock springs back on because I kept scraping. I may go back to the lowered springs next season. I have over 80K on the clock now.

Bottom line, it is such a joy to drive and track. It is always such a great feeling to see it sitting there in the parking garage downtown at the end of a long work day, and knowing that I can jump in and open it up on the highway home is a fantastic way to unwind. I look for the longer routes home on some days.

Now that's what I call keeping it up to spec and then some! Gotta love the base 997, it makes you work for the power and once it delivers the satisfaction is so rewarding. The previous owner of my car had everything done right, Eibach springs which lowered it just right where I don't get scrape (yet). 19' BBS wheels with painted red calipers, Fister exhaust with BB X pipe. Drives and sounds amazing! It's coming up to the 60k miles and will service it myself including a transmission oil change. I long for the weekend to come so I can take her out to relieve some stress. I know the feeling of just looking at it and knowing you can jump on it for a joy ride. Ride safe out there brother.
