Yeah, someone's really going to have to WANT this car to be watching on this day and pay a premium.

I'm sure I'm too high.

Maybe, maybe not. Lot's of folks mentally meandering right about now on the East coast, and the weather is keeping people in and maybe at their screens. Could be a banner day on it. We'll see soon enough. I still like where I am on it.

So do you think "black" Friday will bring more bargains or the opposite?
Many people are away with family or traveling versus sitting in the office poking at BAT.
Sure, someone who is set on getting a particular item will likely be engaged, but the causal bidders who sometimes deny bargains might be less active.
It will be interesting to see.

Not a good showing. Was it just the miles, color or what that caused the 2006 C2S manual to bring only $28,500? So the reserve was met?

Holiday. The auctions don't go as well around the holidays. That's a hell of a deal that someone got. Almost has be regretting buying my 997.2...almost.

I think the 6 owners and the repaint without known history drove it down as well.

Thanks all for the comments. I must say that although I made the guess based on the results of the last couple of auctions, I am surprised that it went so low. I guess it is my turn to pick an auction and I will do so as soon as possible. This gives me an excuse to look for the replacement for my 986.
