Default GT3 Tek 997.2 lips

Is GT3 Tek still around? Last time I saw some unsavory reviews of service, but was a fan of their lip design for a 997.2.

Anyone have any sitting around not installed either?

I could probably use one as well!

I don't have one sitting around, but for some peace of mind, the fit for my 997.1 was literally perfect. After a minor fender bender, my local body shop also resprayed the front bumper and actually molded the lip into the bumper and you can't even tell its an aftermarket part. if you can get your hands on one I don't think you'd be disappointed.

I think Gt3Tek have one on Ebay. Not sure if they're the same company but they sure sell a lot of Gt3Tek stuff

Yes that's a GT3Tek one on ebay,
He has a couple websites.

This is the link to the front lip.

I was close to grabbing one in December but backed out last minute as I was thinking of going with a new GTS bumper but I can't seem to find one for a decent price up here in Toronto.
If you contact him through the site he will reply. Owners name is Armando.

I created a thread on GT3 Tek last year due to very poor customer service. Best of luck in dealing with them should you choose to do so.

I received this gt3 tek today for my 09 CS and it doesn’t seem to line up where the S curves are... maybe it’s for a .1??

The 997.1 GT3 Tek was a much nicer design vs the 997.2. They should have never changed design.

Looks great!

Did you have to remove the little black plastic pieces on the sides (near the tires) or does this go over top?
How satisfied are you with the overall look?
I'm debating it but have no idea if I should paint it Yellow or Black (since I don't have any other black trim).

It goes over them, although I did take them out to clean the rocks out. Very satisfied with the look now that it’s in place. Kind of a pain to get perfect but I think I got it there. I used krylon black to paint prior to install.

Your car looks awesome. I have the lip and rear wing sitting at my Indy...just waiting for him to free up some service time to get to it. Can't wait!

Anyone have a spare lip sitting around?

Are they even still for sale?

Where i got mine. I called them to order and it took a week or two to get here but they were easy to deal with.

Did you just pry the lower trim off or was there some sort of process for removing them? I have a replacement set sitting in my garage.
