Default Mobile 1 5-qt on Amazon for $26

Hi Folks,

I just ordered 3 of the European Formula Mobile 1 5-quart jugs from Amazon for ~$26 each. Amazon also has a 2-jug pack for ~$65 each ($32.50 per jug) but if you buy the singles it's cheaper plus free shipping.
Amazon Amazon

I also bought 4 of the 1-quart bottles for $13 each.
Amazon Amazon
These say Mercedes-Benz OEM but it's the same European Formula bottle.

It's also always available at Walmart for the same $26. They also have the single quart bottles for $88 for 12 pack.

Yep, my local Walmart has the European blend always in stock at $26.82. Easy and convenient for me.

Actually, Costco has a slightly better deal (until 3/3): Mobil 1 - 6 pack (1qt bottles) for $28
I'm not sure if the deal is regional though..
EDIT: nvm.. this is the NASCAR approves stuff, not European formula => but does that make any significant difference?

I see the European formula on Costco 6 pack. Good price of $28.

I have always used Mobil 1 European formula. When I started to learn about LSPI I realized the European formula is not SN Plus certified. I probably will only put SN Plus oil in the car from now on.

Amazon Basics carries a 0W-40 SN+ oil. Anyone thinking they'll use this instead of Mobil1 or the Motul / Driven options?

The AmazonBasics 0W-40 is $24.99 for 5 quarts, and they sell Mobil 1 for $26.68. I think I'll pay the extra $2.

The $10 rebate is also now on from Mobil's website.

Is 0W40 better than 5W40 for my 997?
