Their website lists the "frame length" as 70". It's not clear if that is the length of the lifting platform or overall length of the unit. It would be great if an owner could post some measurements.

I also got them from Costco. Two issues I noted and wonder if anyone else has found the same:
When I try to use the lift pucks with the rubber blocks the pucks seem too slippery against the rubber (car shifted a bit) so I went with just the rubber blocks
Without the lift pucks the 4" block is to short and the side skirt makes contact with the quick jack frame so I had to switch to the 8" blocks. These actually work better and have plenty of clearance still of at least a full inch.

OK, starting to get pissed off with my Quickjack. Using it yesterday, and the female coupler on one of the hoses to the motor unit took a crap. Spewed tranny fluid all over the unit and the floor. And I could have had a serious issue with the car. Was lifting - I always lift slow and up to a low point first, to make sure everything is balanced and that I am properly on jack points. Went up a bit, and the car was listing to one side. Then I noticed the fluid leaking out everywhere from the hose controlling the low side. I sat the car down, and yanked out the quickjack. what a mess. Also, If I had lifted to full height, and not yet locked in, the car could have tilted and fallen to the side
I'm glad I kept my liftbars. This is the second thing with the Quickjack - when I bought it, the air nipple on one of the cylinders was defective and I had to get new ones before I could use it. They sent the replacement out quick, but it kept me from using the lift. Now this!
I have a 5000SLX on order , and hanging out for delivery. Can anybody with this model advise how far a 928 moves lengthwise from ground to full lift please? eg if I park it almost touching the garage end wall, and lift it away from the wall, whats the final clearance?

It definitely works well on the 928. It lifts up and moves forward some, but I have no idea how much. Can't be more than a couple of inches. Is your clearance that tight?
Quiickjack also sells these simple hooks that are just the right size for $32/pr, just for the main rack of course for those less inclined for a woodworking project....
Thats nice and simple compared to mine. I just used buncha scrap wood i had, but of course i spent a lot more time. I do enjoy simple woodworking projects from time to time tho.
Update - I am really re-thinking the Quickjack option. For one, the customer service is terrible. Absolutely horrible. Just got off the phone with them. I've had my unit for only 6 months now, and have had some serious issues, including right out of the box - the air nipple on one of the air cylinders would not hold air and I needed to get that replaced before I could use the system. Recently, one of the hose couplings failed (see my post above), and if the car had been lifted higher, it would have tipped off the lift. I had to have new ones sent, plus new pads for the motor unit because the little rubber ones that came with it broke off. They sent the wrong parts for the foot pads - not even pads at all. So I called to get that rectified and got nothing but attitude from the smug CSR. They want me to take a picture of what I got and what I need and send them that before they'll send me the right ones - more delay and bullsh!t. I have the right part numbers, but that evidently isn't good enough for them. These little pads are like 15 cents - they should just toss some in a bag and send them out.
Anyway - I am glad I have my lift bars, and they are going nowhere!

I had the same leaking fitting issue with my quckjack - but the car was already in the air and kind of trapped there. They next day aired me a replacement fitting, and I've been fine for the last 6 months, with many, many uses.
