Congrats and welcome back. I think the 997 is the best of the 911 line up. Your car is beautiful!

Thank you all for your compliments on the car, it's great to get support from fellow fanatics. Next week after an oil change, replacement of air/cabin filters, serpentine belt and PDK service it will be put in an enclosed trailer and head south. Dealing with Tim Holt (Sr) was the best, very transparent and knowledgeable. I recommend him if you want to be sure of what you are actually getting. Getting hard to find clean well cared for 997.2S cars.

Good buy. How was Holt to deal with? Seems that they always have the cleanest cars in the business. The right kind of place to buy a car from if you are meticulous.

I dealt exclusively with Tim Sr. and he was excellent. He is very particular about the cars he has there. His reputation going back decades is top notch. No pressure and he really knows these cars. Prices were actually reasonable if comparing apples to apples.

Car arrived from Pennsylvania today, so glad to finally have it in my garage. The car looks great in white, especially set off with the black wheels.
It runs very strong, noticibly better than my previous 997.2S. The PDK is much smoother as well, I did notice in the records that it had been updated. The Sport PASM felt only very slightly firmer than the standard PASM on my previous car. The car was exactly as represented by Holt.

We are very fortunate to be able to own one of these fine cars.

Is it going to fit in that single garage bay? Looks tight!

You are right! It has about 5-6 inches clearance on each side. What they call a three car garage these days is about the same width as two car garages used to be.
