The old bumper is a GT3-like design but with dual exhausts on each side, not the center. There are photos earlier in the thread. It will work on the C2 997.1, not the C4 and not the 997.2 (lights are different).

The engine block is still with LN but is in the final stages of their process and should return soon. Connecting the GT3 Cup airbox to the X51 throttle body turned out to much simpler than expected. And finally, after lengthy discussions, we decided to go with black exhaust tips. As soon as the block returns I’m sure Tom will post something.

For those interested in more information about the LN process, the FEB 2019 issue of Panorama has an article about a M97 rebuild starting on page 82. Dora's engine block is back, the engine reassembled with the X51 parts, and back in the car. I'm going to let Tom post pics about all that but he has been sending them to me almost daily. I think the biggest thing left right now is fabrication of the bypass pipes. Soon she should be ready for the after-mod tuning and dyno testing.

A little unfair perhaps since it's a .2 GT3RS, but here is a 4.1L with 542 hp:

He's building the motor, so around 400whp is possible, especially if you can shift the torque to higher RPM with some cams.

Could you share how it was done (GT3 airbox with stock throttle/plenum)?
As I was experimenting with the idea of fitting the GT3 airbox to my 3.8S throttle.

You must be getting anxious That car is gonna fly. Hopefully there'll be some running videos so we can see and hear her.
I had the opportunity to meet Charles Navarro this week and get some more insight into their process, he's a great guy and with a great deal of knowledge. -- Putting a face with with their service really pushed me to get me started on the work that I'm wanting to do.

I saw the article a few days ago when I got my copy of Panorama. Congrats on having this documented in such a cool way with a feature in one of our favorite mags. Lots of great information and insight along with the Charles Navarro interview. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out and the dyno numbers!
