I have been looking for a 997.2 for 6 months. I think a dealer ask (maybe not actual sales) price on your car would be closer to 55k in the warm months. Can't comment on winter months. Maybe a few thousand less for miles. I've seen plenty of 997.2 with 25-40k miles that are easily reaching 55-60k dealer ask and they have less options.
